Sycamore Creek is excited to announce that the YMCA will be providing early arrival and after school care for the 2009-2010 school year.

The following is information provided by the A. E. Finley YMCA:
The hours that the YMCA Early Arrivals Program will operate next year will be from 7:00am until the start of school. The hours that the YMCA After School Program will operate next year will be from 3:00 until 6:00pm. We also offer Tracking Out care at the A.E. Finley YMCA, and will be transporting children from Early Arrivals to Tracking Out and from Tracking Out back to After School in the afternoon. Many of the activities will be the same and some of the current staff will continue to work in the Early Arrivals Program.
The costs for each program are as follows…
Early Arrival
- Members* $67.25/mo. installments ($832/yr.)
- Program Participant $77.25/mo. installments ($952/yr.)
After School
- Members* $154/mo. installments ($1873/yr.)
- Program Participant $183/mo. installments ($2221/yr.)
Track Out – We have several options for tracking out participants.
- 4 Break Care Package (includes all 4 breaks of the school and 7 SOS days)
- Members* $139/mo. installments ($1693/yr.)
- Program Participants $188/mo. installments ($2281/yr.)
- 3 Break Care Package (includes only 3 breaks of the school year, does not include the summer break, and includes 7 SOS days)
- Members* $104.67/mo. installments (1281/yr.)
- Program Participants $141/mo. installments ($1717/yr.)
- Per Week option is available for those only needing a few weeks out of the school year.
- Members* $179/week
- Program Participants $232/week
*To receive member rates the child enrolled in the program must have a Finley or Triangle YMCA membership.
To register, please come into the Finley YMCA. Registration begins March 8th 7p.m.-9p.m. for members, March 17th 8a.m. for previous participants, and will open to everyone March 27th 8a.m. The following items are required at the time of registration:
- Youth Information Form (signatures on policy forms)
- Immunization records (tracking out program only)
- Voided check (for monthly bank drafts)
- $25 registration fee per child per youth school program. This registration fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
